The RAPID UIO PROJECT is a large-scale refinery and chemical integration project built by Petroleum Corporation in Malaysia. It is for meeting the growing demand for refined oil and raw chemical materials in Southeast Asia. And the China Eleventh Chemical Construction Co., Ltd. was the contractor. This project, with a planned investment of $20 billion, was started in 2014.

Once completed, it can provide an oil refinery with a capacity of 300,000 barrels per day, a petrochemical plant with a comprehensive production capacity of 7.7 million tons per year and different chemical products.
