Cosco (Dalian) Shipyard Co., Ltd. and Talland Navigation, a subsidiary of British Foresight Group, joined in a project about a self-elevating drilling platform (N527), which is 74.09 meters in length, 52.8 meters in width and 7.92 meters in depth. The platform is equipped with 5 CAT3516CHD generators, 120 staff, and its technology level is leading in China.The platform, based on the Lenetourau Super 116E, is capable of drilling at a depth of 350 feet, up to 30,000 feet, and has been passed the approval of ABS.
