A cylinder and floating production storage vessel, "Dana", designed and built for the British ship is the first FPSO Project that Chinese ship enterprise built. The vessel, with a diameter of 78 meters and depth of 32 meters, has a storage capacity of 400,000 barrels of crude oil, and the main function is to filter the oil under the sea, separate the oil and gas, return the oil layer water injection, oil storage and discharge the oil, etc. It was designed to handle 44, 000 barrels of crude oil a day, 4 billion cubic feet of oil and gas a day, and was fitted up to a five-star standard for 700 people.
This project adopts the concept design of Sevan 400 cylinder of Sevan Marine, and COSCO NANTONG was responsible for detailed drawing and production design, equipment procurement, module construction and installation, commissioning test and sea transportation, etc. It was listed in DNV classification society, and meeted the standards of UK verification (PED and ATEX included).
Our company helped COSCO NANTONG design the whole layout, provided a series of products, such as lighting, receptacles and plug, heat tracing and heat tracing system, arranged experienced after-sales service. We engaged in providing one-stop service for this project.
